Digital Account Manager

Role OverviewSRV Media is looking for a Digital Account Manager who can confidently manage clients and understands performance marketing. This role acts as the bridge between clients and execution teams, ensuring strategy, performance, and communication stay aligned.Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients - Manage day-to-day communication, expectations, and delivery - Understand and discuss performance metrics across: - Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) - Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - Translate client goals into clear briefs for performance, creative, and content teams - Review campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities - Participate in weekly / monthly performance reviews with clients - Ensure timely delivery of campaigns, creatives, and reports - Coordinate internally to resolve issues and improve outcomes - Support upselling and cross-selling of agency servicesRequired Skills & Experience- Strong experience in digital account management within an agency - Working knowledge of: - Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms - Performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC) - Ability to understand reports and explain performance to clients clearly - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Strong organizational and follow-up skills - Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities
