Ensured projects were delivered on time within budgetand as per the client's expectations.• Led product re-engineering initiatives to significantly improve existing jewelry designs,resulting in enhanced aesthetics, functionality & manufacturing efficiency. Bridging the gapbetween design and production.• Outsourcing Management- Strategically managed all external sourcing, establishingpartnerships & overseeing the complete procurement process for specialized needs, includingCAD design, RPT, Ready ghats, gemstones & findings.• Analyze best-seller report to identify customer preferences and generate ideas forimprovement & new development. Conducting monthly meetings with the Sales andProduction teams to ensure coordination & smooth workflow.• Conceptualized displays and visual merchandising for Client meetings & Shows.• Co-ordinating with the social media team on product storyline and new collection launch forbrand promotion.
