Job Title: Regional Visual Merchandising Manager – MumbaiLocation: Mumbai (MMR including Thane & Navi Mumbai)Reporting To: VM HeadBudget upto- 10 LPARole Overview:The Regional Visual Merchandising Manager will drive VM excellence across 50+ retail touchpoints (EBOs, MBOs & General Trade) in Mumbai. The role ensures premium brand execution, high-speed campaign rollouts, flagship maintenance, and strong vendor management in India’s most high-visibility retail market.Key Responsibilities:Maintain Gold Standard VM execution across flagship and high-street stores.Ensure 100% planogram compliance and superior fixture grooming.Lead VM execution for New Store Openings (D-2 readiness).Conduct regular audits and train store teams on VM standards.Execute rapid marketing activations and influencer-led launches.Manage Mumbai-based vendors while optimizing costs and quality.Coordinate with Marketing, Projects, Retail Ops & Mall Management teams.Key Requirements:5–8 years of VM experience in Beauty, Lifestyle or Luxury retail.Strong exposure to premium malls such as Phoenix Palladium, Jio World Drive, and Seawoods Grand Central.Strong aesthetic sense with luxury/premium execution experience.Excellent vendor negotiation and urban logistics management skills.Proficiency in Hindi & Marathi preferred.
