Performance Test Engineer

Task Description: - Lead comprehensive Performance Testing & Performance Engineering initiatives ensuring scalability, stability, and responsiveness of the Application Under Test (AUT) with over 8-12 years of experience Design, plan, and execute diverse performance test types including Load, Stress, Soak, Volume, Batch, and Resilience, aligned with NFRs and workload models   Responsibilities Utilize robust APM and monitoring platforms like Dynatrace, Perfmon, Azure Monitor, and AWS CloudWatch to analyze system behavior under varying loads -Build and utilize automation frameworks and test scripts using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright for functional, regression, and workflow validation - Use tools such as Splunk and Grafana to analyze logs, visualize performance metrics, and correlate anomalies across distributed systems - Integrate performance and automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git) to enable continuous, automated performance validation   Qualifications Develop, parameterize, and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, BlazeMeter, and RPT - Perform deep technical diagnostics using heap dumps, thread dumps, GC logs, JDBC metrics, and other system-level artifacts to identify performance bottlenecks
