CLIENT : Leading Commercial Real Estate & Leasing developer of Grade-A premium commercial properties serving a Elite Business clientele across metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore.This position reports to COO-Real Estate and is based at corporate level in New Delhi.Key Drivers:Orchestrate project planning—from site establishment to logistics, sequencing, and procurement strategy for ensuring seamless execution across multimillion-sqft portfolioGenerating high-quality MIS dashboards and executive reports, enabling data-driven insights. Spearhead Strategic Project Planning & Cost Controls including budget monitoring to lead multi-disciplinary coordination for premium commercial real estate projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, quality standards and delivery timelines.
