The ideal candidate should have solid exposure to project delivery, requirement analysis, workflow design, and supporting technology implementations using JIRA & Confluence.Key Responsibilities- Work with Settlements Operations to analyze business processes, user needs, and functional gaps. - Gather requirements and conduct detailed gap analysis for GLOSS/Broadridge modules and connected systems. - Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, and process maps. - Collaborate with Technology, QA, and Operations teams for solution design and delivery. - Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test cases; manage defects using JIRA. - Maintain structured documentation and project artefacts on Confluence. - Support settlements across asset classes—Equities, Fixed Income, FX, MM, Derivatives. - Handle daily BAU issues, production incidents, and perform RCA. - Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and vendors for settlement and system issues. - Participate in agile ceremonies—backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives.Required Skills- 5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets / Trade Settlements. - Strong hands-on knowledge of GLOSS or Broadridge (BPS/Impact). - Good understanding of trade lifecycle, DVP/RVP settlement flows, SWIFT MT54x, settlement cycles (T+1/T+2). - Proficiency with JIRA (user stories, sprint boards, defect triage) and Confluence (documentation). - Experience working in Agile/Hybrid project environments. - Strong BRD/FRD writing skills and ability to translate business needs into functional specifications. - Excellent analytical and communication skills.Good-to-Have- SQL knowledge for data validation. - Exposure to regulatory reporting (CSDR, MiFID, CAT). - Experience with reconciliations and exceptions management.SELECTION PROCESS- Candidates should expect 2 - 3 rounds of personal or telephonic interviews to assess fitment and communication skillsGood communication skills, analytical and presentation skills are mandatory for the above skill set.- Looking for selected candidates to join within 30 to 45 days or an immediate joiner.The opportunity is now!
