Assistant Manager - Quality Control (Boisar, Maharashtra).

Main Purpose of Job:To maintain the Quality of Raw material for production of batches and give feedback to production team for improvement or check complete to use the Raw material.Key Tasks:Daily Routine testing of all in process samples of factory as well as job worksAll Raw Materials and Finished Goods,Calibrations of lab instruments and preparation of testing reagents,Daily Effluent Sample analysis.Compliance & Auditing: Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 regulatory, and industry standards.Data Analysis: Monitor QC data to identify trends, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.Corrective Actions: Investigate non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventative actions (CAPA).Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed QC records and report findings to management.Supplier Quality: Liaise with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.Adequate knowledge about OEKOTEX Standard 100, GOTS Version 7 and ZDHC Level 3 Version 3.1 standard.Qualification & Experience :B.Sc / M Sc in Chemistry, or equivalent.Experience:10 - 15 yrs. of experience in Quality Control in Chemical IndustryMinimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Control SupervisorAdvanced level computer skillsStrong presentation skills, both oral and written
