Jio is looking for a dynamic Mobility Sales Lead to drive mobility business growth across assigned urban and rural markets. The role is responsible for delivering sales targets, strengthening distribution, and leading high-performance sales teams while ensuring consistent customer and partner experience.What You’ll DoDeliver sales targets across mobility products, devices, activations & rechargesGrow business product-wise, segment-wise and town-wiseManage direct, indirect & alternate distribution channelsExpand distribution in new and underpenetrated marketsBuild strong relationships with distributors, retailers & modern trade partnersEnsure implementation of Jio’s sales processes, trade programs & compliance normsTrain, motivate and monitor sales teams & channel partnersDrive market visibility, retail hygiene, and throughput at key outletsWhat We’re Looking For5–7 years of experience in telecom / FMCG / mobility channel salesStrong understanding of distribution, retail & market developmentExcellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving skillsStrong numerical & analytical abilityHigh ownership, customer focus & target orientationAbility to lead and influence teams and channel partners
