The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the agency, including recruitment, training, and performance management of agents, as well as meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sales and marketing experience Knowledge of the health insurance industry Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Previous experience in insurance sales is a plus
