Job Role: The Inside Sales Executive - New Lead Generation with 2-3 Years of experience will be responsible for identifying and generating new sales leads through proactive outbound calling and email campaigns. This position requires a results-driven individual with a strong customer-centric approach to sales, the ability to build rapport with potential clients, and a commitment to achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and send emails to potential clients. Research and identify clients that fit the company’s target market. Collect and filter data to focus on qualified leads. Build relationships to understand client needs and match them with company offerings. Create and follow account plans to move leads through the sales funnel. Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services. Share regular updates with management on lead activity and progress. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales Proven track record of generating new leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to research and identify potential clients that align with the company's target market and sales goals Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools Location: Worli Mumbai (next to Acharya Atre Chowk Metro station) ** Candidates willing to travel to Worli & Work from Office should only apply.
