We also have our own skincare brand, Six AM Glow, and a healthy food brand, The Better Flour. Our aim is to provide our customers with the best possible skincare and food products that promote a healthy lifestyle.Requirements Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or relevant certification in retail, beauty, or training 3-5 years of experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer, Beauty Advisor, or similar role Experience in conducting training sessions for sales or retail teams Good understanding of beauty, skincare, or personal care products Ability to design training modules, onboarding programs, and learning activities Comfortable working in fast-paced retail environments Ability to travel to different store locations when neededRequired Skills Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to train and engage people of different skill levels Good understanding of basic sales techniques and customer service practices Creative training approach (gamification, roleplay, group activities, etc.) Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to assess training needs and create relevant content Good command of MS Office or training tools (PPT, Excel, etc.) Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt training based on feedback Positive attitude and passion for teaching and team development.Location - Worli, Mumbai (Candidates residing in Mumbai or willing to travel to Worli, Mumbai can apply)
