Our mission is to bring innovative, high-performance products to businesses across India through a strong dealer and distribution network.About the Role:As thePerformance Marketing Manager – B2Bat Workstore Pvt Limited, you will drive lead generation and brand growth across our key verticals: Dyson hand dryers, cleaning equipment, lighting, office supplies, and gifting solutions. You will own and execute high-performing, data-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to attract and convert quality B2B leads.Key Responsibilities: Own the strategy, planning, and implementationof B2B performance marketing campaigns acrossMeta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Develop and executedata-led digital marketing strategiesto drive awareness, demand generation, and qualified lead acquisition. Continuouslyanalyze and optimize campaignsto improve ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates. Collaborate closely with theSales and Product teamsto align marketing objectives with pipeline and revenue goals. Manageend-to-end funnel execution— from creative briefing and ad deployment to CRM integration, retargeting, and reporting. Leveragemarketing automation toolsandCRM systems(Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) for lead scoring, nurturing, and performance tracking. Createcustom dashboards and insight reportsto present campaign performance, CPL, CAC, and ROI metrics. Identify opportunities forscaling B2B campaigns, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and remarketing to re-engage high-intent audiences. Stay updated withplatform innovations and B2B ad best practices, experimenting with new formats and tools to maximize impact.Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experiencein B2B digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance campaigns and lead generation. Proven expertise in managing campaigns acrossLinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. Strong experience withCRM platforms(Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) andmarketing automation workflows. Analytical thinker with a track record ofdata-driven decision-makingand measurable business impact. Proficiency incampaign reporting, funnel optimization,and performance analysis using analytics tools. Excellentproject management and cross-functional collaborationskills.
