Responsible for the process of end-to-end recruitment - Sourcing candidates from different portals and social media platforms - Selection of candidates, creating a talent pool and creating a constant inflow of talent for junior to mid-levels profiles - sourcing & screening applications as per the requirement and
shortlist profiles.● Coordinating and scheduling interviews for the shortlisted candidates with the respective
stakeholders
● Negotiating and sharing offer letters
● Documentation and conducting reference checks
● Ensure a smooth onboarding of employees
● Ensure that the candidate's hiring experience is positive
● Ensure a smooth onboarding of new employees and timely introduction to the teams
