This is an excellent international opportunity for a highly skilled culinary professional with strong expertise in authentic Indian cuisine. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and execute authentic Indian menus (North Indian, South Indian, Tandoori, Curries, Biryani & regional specialties) Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency Prepare and present high-quality dishes following standardized recipes Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff (Sous Chefs, Commis, Kitchen Helpers) Source and manage Indian spices, ingredients, and raw materials Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP compliance) Monitor inventory, stock rotation (FIFO), and supplier coordination Collaborate with restaurant management on menu pricing and promotional strategies Salary: 1.90 lac/ Per Month Requirements 5+ years of working experience as a Head Chef - Indian Cuisine.
