Excellent Job Opportunity for Head Chef - Indian Cuisine to work in Kuwait! Location: Kuwait Salary: KWD 650 (Basic) + 1 Duty Meal. Age Limit: Maximum 38 years Plan, develop, and execute authentic Indian menus, including North & South Indian, Tandoori, Curry, Biryani, and regional specialties Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflow Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Indian dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff (Sous Chefs, Commis, Kitchen Helpers) Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control for all dishes Monitor food costs, control wastage, and manage kitchen budgets Source, inspect, and manage Indian spices, ingredients, and raw materials Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP) Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local food regulations Develop new recipes and seasonal menus based on customer preferences Handle inventory control, stock rotation (FIFO), and supplier coordination Coordinate with restaurant management for menu pricing and promotions Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and report repairs when needed Requirements 5+ years of working experience as a Head Chef - Indian Cuisine. Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment Good communication and teamwork skills Physically fit and able to work long hours if required Age limit: Below 38 years
