The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, manage loan disbursements, handle customer inquiries, develop and maintain relationships with clients, and ensure compliance with internal policies and RBI regulations. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, coordinating with team members, and driving business growth within the region.QualificationsLeadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to guide and motivate a team. Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in loan disbursement, credit analysis, and business operations. Customer relationship management and sales skills to effectively engage with clients and achieve business targets. Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory guidelines, especially those set by the RBI. Excellent communication and organizational skills to handle operations and coordinate effectively within the organization. Proficiency in using financial management tools and software is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
