Role Description We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on campaign experience, and a performance-first approach. Work Details: - Position: PPC Specialist (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads) - Type: Full-Time (On-Site, Nagpur) - Salary: [ 4,00,000 CTC - 5,00,000 CTC ] based on field experience - Start Date: Immediate - Time: [ 9:30AM - 6:30PM ] What You’ll Do: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube): - Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube & Performance Max - Conduct keyword research, intent mapping & competitor analysis - Write and optimize high-converting ad copies aligned with funnel stages - Optimize for CPC, CTR, Quality Score, conversions & ROI - Manage conversion tracking, bidding strategies, and negative keywords - Run A/B tests (ads, landing pages, bidding) to improve performance - Execute remarketing/retargeting campaigns to re-engage users LinkedIn Ads: - Plan and execute B2B campaigns using Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, Message & Video Ads - Target audiences based on job roles, industry, company size & seniority - Create high-converting creatives and messaging for decision-makers - Optimize for CPL, lead quality & conversion rates - Continuously test audiences, creatives & offers - Manage budgets and bidding strategies - Align campaigns with sales to drive sales-qualified leads (SQLs) - Analyze performance to improve lead quality over quantity Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns (must-have) - Strong understanding of B2B lead generation funnels - Expertise in campaign structure, targeting, and optimization techniques - Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and analytics tools - Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability - Excellent communication and reporting skills Nice to have: - Experience with retargeting and remarketing campaigns - Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or CRM integrations - Understanding of SaaS/B2B marketing ecosystem Why Join LeadRoad: - Work directly with the Founder and be part of LeadRoad’s growth strategy. - Gain hands-on experience in end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns. - Ownership of projects and room to experiment with new ideas. - Fast-paced, learning-first environment with real impact.
