Role: Sales Manager Location:On-site – Wardha, Maharashtra Employment Type:Full-Time CTC:₹6 LPA + Competitive Incentives & Performance Bonuses Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve company sales goals and KPIs. Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies . Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, clients, and trends. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute lead generation campaigns. Analyze sales metrics , forecast performance, and prepare detailed reports for management. Represent the company at business meetings, expos, and industry events . Qualifications Proven experience in sales leadership , business development , or client management . Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation software. Strong analytical and reporting skills . Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field . Prior experience in the IT or software solutions industry is a strong plus.
