Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development: Drive new customer acquisition for micro LAP and home loans, achieve sales targets, and identify new market segments. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales officers or relationship managers to maximize productivity and goal achievement. Channel & Partner Development: Build and manage relationships with Direct Sales Associates (DSAs), connectors, and referral partners to ensure a consistent lead flow. Credit & Risk Compliance: Understand and implement credit underwriting criteria for Micro LAP products, working with credit teams to ensure smooth file processing and documentation compliance.
