Location: Warangal, Telangana Experience required: 7+ years in Agri Marketing Job Description: 1) Getting Product in right time to Store 2) Relationship with the Govt officals 3) Conduct Crop Seminars - With Scientists 4) HNI farmer connect 5) Beating competitors in Market 6) Implement systematic demand generation and achieve enablers budget 7) Organize Precision farming crop season demonstration and organize field days 8) To promote the products and identity of our company on today's highly competitive marketplace. 9) Increasing market share, maximizing sales, creating a lasting impression among farmers 10) Developing &coordinating the advertising, marketing campaigns with field team. Key responsibilities: 1) Need to Handle 300 Offroll Employees 2) Should enagage RSM / FSA & AMM'S motivate them on frequent intervals to drive good business & Enablers villages will come under each Retail outlet like that he need to handle 167 Retail outlets 4) Ensure FS A'S are empowered with required skill set to meet the company requirement
