Desired Candidate Profile Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred) Experience: Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales (Direct Channel preferred) Proven experience in team handling and target achievement . Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills. Good understanding of life insurance products and direct sales processes..
