Assistant Environment Health and Safety Manager

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct safety audits, inspections, and surveys to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Develop, maintain, and update EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide training on fire safety, industrial safety, and other relevant topics to employees at all levels of the organization. Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure readiness. Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures. Desired Candidate Profile 10-20 years of experience in Environment Health & Safety (EHS) role with a strong background in chemical industry. B.Tech/B.E. degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven expertise in Fire Safety, Industrial Safety, HSE Management System implementation.
