The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting setups, and video composition, along with a strong visual sense.Key Responsibilities:Operate professional video cameras and related equipment for shoots (indoor & outdoor)Plan and execute video shoots including framing, lighting, and sound coordinationCollaborate with content, marketing, and creative teams to understand shoot requirementsSet up lighting, camera angles, and equipment to ensure high production qualityCapture footage for: Interviews ,Promotional videos ,Social media content ,Events and site visits.Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of camera equipmentAssist in basic video editing (preferred but not mandatory)Stay updated with latest filming techniques, equipment, and trendsRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a cameraman / videographer / visual media executiveStrong understanding of camera operations (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema cameras)Knowledge of lighting setups and audio recording basicsGood sense of framing, composition, and storytellingAbility to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlinesWillingness to travel for shoots when requiredPreferred SkillsBasic knowledge of video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)Experience with gimbals, drones, or stabilizersUnderstanding of social media video formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.)Soft SkillsCreative mindset with attention to detailGood communication and teamwork skillsProblem-solving attitude on shootsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on diverse and engaging projectsCollaborative and creative work environmentExposure to end-to-end content production
