We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can think beyond posting and build strong, performance-driven content strategies that help brands stand out. If you enjoy analyzing trends, planning viral content, building structured social media strategies, and managing multiple brands with creative precision, this role is for you.OverviewAs a Social Media Manager – Strategy, you will lead the planning and execution of social media strategies for multiple brands. Your primary responsibility will be to create structured, insight-driven content strategies that drive engagement, reach, and conversions across platforms. You will work closely with designers, editors, and clients to ensure every piece of content aligns with the overall strategy, brand voice, and campaign objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead social media strategies for multiple brands to drive growth, engagement, and brand visibility.Plan and execute monthly and quarterly content strategies based on brand goals and audience insights.Create trend-driven short-form video strategies for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.Design structured content calendars, campaign themes, and posting plans.Research platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts to keep strategies relevant and competitive.Write engaging hooks, captions, and CTAs aligned with strategic campaign objectives.Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure content aligns with the strategy.Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize content strategy and improve results.Develop creative campaign ideas, brand storytelling concepts, and influencer collaborations.Coordinate with clients to align strategies with business goals.Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual direction.QualificationsProven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Strategist, or Digital Content Specialist in an agency or similar environment.Strong understanding of social media strategy, audience behaviour, and platform algorithms.Experience planning and executing content strategies for multiple brands.Strong knowledge of short-form video trends and viral content formats.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Ability to interpret social media analytics and translate insights into strategy improvements.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.Experience collaborating with creative teams (designers, editors, marketers).How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply through the form below: send your resume and portfolio to:
