Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Lawyer to represent clients in criminal cases, provide legal advice, and handle all aspects of criminal litigation. The ideal candidate should have strong courtroom experience, excellent analytical skills, and a deep understanding of criminal law procedures.Location: Bengaluru/BangaloreProficiency in Kannada (both spoken and written) is mandatory Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in criminal cases at trial courts and higher courts Provide legal advice on criminal matters and rights Conduct case investigations, including reviewing evidence and interviewing witnesses Draft legal documents such as bail applications, petitions, and appeals Prepare case strategies and defense arguments Appear in court for hearings, trials, and arguments Negotiate plea bargains where appropriate Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in law (LLB) Enrollment with the State Bar Council (mandatory in India) Preferred Experience3-5 years of experience in criminal litigation Proven track record of handling criminal cases independently Experience in trial courts and/or high courts Key SkillsStrong knowledge of criminal law and legal procedures Excellent communication and argumentation skills Legal research and drafting expertise Attention to detail and strong ethics Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
