We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our growing team at UGLY. You’ll manage end-to-end HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and employee engagement, ensuring a positive and efficient workplace experience.Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & OnboardingSource candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding.Conduct induction sessions and maintain a strong talent pipeline. 2. Payroll & ComplianceEnsure timely and accurate payroll processing.Manage benefits, reimbursements, and statutory compliance.Maintain payroll and attendance records. 3. Attendance & Leave ManagementTrack attendance, leaves, and working hours in HRMS.Generate reports and ensure compliance with company policies. 4. HR Operations & CultureMaintain employee records and HR documentation.Support HR policy implementation and engagement initiatives.Foster a positive, transparent workplace culture. 5. Employee RelationsAct as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.Handle grievances with fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.1–2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, and payroll.Proficiency in Excel and HR tools.Excellent communication and multitasking skills.Self-driven, detail-oriented, and people-focused.What We OfferHybrid work model with flexible hours.Direct exposure to founders and key HR decision-making.Opportunity to own HR processes end-to-end.Health insurance coverage.
