M365 Automation & RPA Engineer

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Automation & RPA Engineer to design, implement, and operate automation solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem.This role combines: Microsoft 365 administration and architecture  RPA and workflow automation using Power Platform and related toolsThe ideal candidate understands both:how M365 services work under the hoodand how to automate business processes across them Key ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft 365 Administration & ArchitectureManage and optimize Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)Administer identity and access via Entra ID (Azure AD)Configure and maintain:Security & compliance policies (DLP, retention, access control)Conditional Access and identity protectionSupport:M365 tenant configuration and governanceIntegration with Azure services and external systemsParticipate in migrations (on-prem → M365)Monitor service health, usage, and security postureRPA & Automation Engineering Design and develop automation solutions using:Power Automate (cloud flows + desktop flows)Power Automate Desktop (primary RPA tool)Build end-to-end workflows, approvals, data processing, integrations, notificationsAutomate processes across M365 services, web apps, APIs, legacy systemsEvaluate business processes for automation feasibilityDevelop, test, deploy, and maintain RPA botsImplement logging, monitoring, and error handling for automationsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into automation designsIntegration & Scripting (Supporting Layer)Develop integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, connectorsUse PowerShellSupport automation of administrative and operational tasksRequirementsCore M365 SkillsStrong experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)Solid understanding of:Identity (Entra ID), Conditional AccessSecurity & compliance (DLP, retention, labeling)Experience with:M365 governance and tenant configurationMigration scenarios (on-prem to cloud)RPA / AutomationHands-on experience with:Power Automate (cloud + desktop)Power Platform Strong understanding of:Workflow-based logicAutomation design patternsExperience building production-grade automationsIntegration & Technical SkillsExperience working with APIs (REST, web services)Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Basic Python etc)Ability to troubleshoot across workflows, services, and integrations
