As we continue to grow, we are building a world-class Amazon operations team and are seeking a specialized Marketplace Data & Growth Analyst to help lead that effort.Position Overview:We are hiring a Marketplace Data & Growth Analyst (Amazon) to take full ownership of Rigle’s pricing strategy, PPC performance, and commercial data analysis across multiple brands.This role is ideal for highly analytical, data-driven e-commerce professionals or performance marketers who love connecting the dots between advertising spend, pricing elasticity, and bottom-line profitability. You don't just pull data reports—you dig deep to identify hidden opportunities, diagnose underlying performance drops, implement scalable solutions, and optimize automations to turn data into greater profit.You will be the final owner of ad efficiency (TACOS/ACOS), gross margin health, and pricing logic. This is not a support or execution-only role — it requires strong business judgment, advanced technical capabilities, and the ability to confidently steer growth strategies across complex, large-scale catalogs.This is a full-time & remote role.Key Responsibilities:Data-Driven Problem Solving: Proactively audit daily and weekly performance data to identify hidden revenue leaks, sudden margin drops, or emerging conversion opportunities across our entire product catalog.PPC Campaign Management: Own the architecture, execution, and continuous optimization of all Amazon Advertising campaigns (SP, SB, SD) to drive profitable market share growth.Pricing & Margin Optimization: Design, implement, and monitor dynamic pricing strategies and algorithmic repricer rules that balance competitive positioning with maximum profitability.Automation Management: Oversee, fine-tune, and optimize our third-party PPC and pricing automation software tools, ensuring software rules align perfectly with brand-specific margin targets.Profit & Loss Analytics: Turn raw Amazon Business Reports, Advertising API data, and fulfillment fee structures into actionable financial insights to drive greater unit-level economics.Keyword & Search Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive keyword research and market share analysis to uncover high-converting traffic opportunities for the Senior Catalog Specialist to exploit.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Marketplace Manager and Inventory teams to leverage pricing and PPC levers for inventory liquidation or overstock mitigation.Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain, build, and improve internal data models, performance dashboards, and weekly growth reports to give leadership crystal-clear visibility into marketing ROI.SOP Development: Document advanced analytical frameworks, campaign naming conventions, and automated pricing protocols to support Rigle's long-term scalability.Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Amazon PPC campaigns and catalog pricing strategies (preferably managing $50k+ in monthly ad spend).Exceptional analytical and mathematical mindset with a proven track record of directly improving Amazon gross margins and TACOS.Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query) is a strict requirement; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Amazon Marketing Stream (AMS) is highly preferred.Deep experience working with Amazon automation stacks (e.g., Helium 10, Perpetua, Pacvue, Intentwise, or specialized repricing software).Strategic thinker with a /"detective/" mindset for analyzing consumer behavior data, conversion rates, and click-through trends.Able to work independently with high ownership, accountability, and a bias for action.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, specifically the ability to translate complex data sets into simple, executable business strategies.Experience working with global teams and supporting US marketplace accounts from a remote setup.What We Offer:Competitive compensation.Full-time, long-term remote position with stability and growth.High-ownership role with real decision-making authority over ad budgets and pricing.Exposure to multiple brands, categories, and large-scale catalogs.A professional, process-driven environment that respects deep data and analytical expertise.Opportunity to grow into a Data/Growth Track Lead or Revenue Manager role.
