The manager will be responsible for overseeing legal compliance, preparing legal documents, providing legal consulting and managing legal affairs related to real estate projects. The role includes ensuring adherence to RERA regulations, liaising with regulatory bodies, and handling all legal aspects to ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws. We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedRERA Managerto oversee and manage all activities related to compliance with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) forGujarat, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka . The ideal candidate will ensure timely registration of projects, adherence to RERA guidelines, and serve as the point of contact for RERA-related matters. This role requires a deep understanding of RERA laws, documentation, reporting procedures, and communication with regulatory authorities.Key Responsibilities: 1. RERA Registration & Compliance Handle end-to-end registration of new real estate projects under respective state RERA authorities.(Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Karnataka) Ensure timely submission of necessary documentation, declarations, and compliance forms as mandated by RERA. Liaise with legal, finance, and technical teams to gather required documents for RERA filings. 2. Project Monitoring & Reporting Track and update project details on the RERA portal, including timelines, milestones, and financial disclosures. Prepare quarterly/periodic updates, financial disclosures, and project status reports as per RERA norms. Ensure regular reconciliation of project progress and fund utilization with data submitted to RERA. 3. Liaison & Coordination Act as the key liaison between the company and RERA authorities. Attend hearings, respond to RERA notices, and represent the company in all RERA-related matters. Coordinate with architects, engineers, chartered accountants, and legal consultants for certifications and affidavits required for compliance. 4. Documentation & Legal Maintain accurate and organized records of all RERA-related documents, approvals, certificates, and correspondences. Assist in drafting and vetting of agreements (Allotment Letters, Sale Agreements, etc.) to ensure RERA compliance. Monitor changes in RERA laws and advise management on compliance impacts. 5. Stakeholder Communication Educate internal teams and stakeholders on RERA regulations and updates. Support the Sales and CRM teams in responding to buyer queries related to RERA compliance and project registration.Key Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and applicable state rules. Strong legal acumen and documentation skills. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Proficiency in using RERA portals and online submission tools. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) / Commerce / Business Administration or related field. Additional certifications in Real Estate Law, Compliance, or RERA regulations are a plus.Preferred Experience: 3+ Years of relevant experience in RERA compliance within a real estate or construction firm. Experience working with RERA authorities in multiple states (preferred but not mandatory).
