Data Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analyticalData Analystto collect, process, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in data querying, visualization, and storytelling to transform raw data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support business initiatives. Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools likeTableau ,Power BI , orLooker . Translate business questions into data queries and provide insights and recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations, product, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support forecasting and optimization. Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate business performance. Document data definitions, processes, and business rules. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with relevant policies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Proficiency inSQLand experience working with relational databases. Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g.,Tableau ,Power BI ,Looker ). Familiarity with Excel and at least one statistical or scripting language ( Python ,R , etc.). Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with data warehousing (e.g.,Snowflake ,Redshift ,BigQuery ). Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines. Knowledge of statistical methods and hypothesis testing. Experience with CRM or marketing analytics tools (e.g.,Google Analytics ,Salesforce ,HubSpot ).
