Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who brings strong technical depth, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to build scalable, reliable systems. This role goes beyond writing code—you will influence architecture, improve engineering practices, and mentor others while owning critical parts of the product.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applicationsTake ownership of system architecture, design decisions, and technical trade-offsWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested code aligned with engineering standardsCollaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality featuresReview code, provide constructive feedback, and raise overall code qualityIdentify performance bottlenecks, security risks, and reliability issues and address them proactivelyMentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering cultureParticipate in technical planning, estimation, and roadmap discussionsRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of professional software development experienceStrong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, etc.)Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system designExperience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend servicesHands-on experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skill
