Financial Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Provides analysis for forward-looking financial and business-related projectsPrepares forecasts and analysis of trends in manufacturing, sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areasResponsible for the reconciliation of internal accountsIdentifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior managementGains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job functionMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:·Experience:Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent (No B.E/B.Tech)Typically requires 2+ years of related experience·Computer/Technical:Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookDemonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applicationsFinancial Analysis SoftwareFinancial Research and Analytics Software·Other Skills:Must have the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication, organization and follow up skillsExcellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessaryProven ability to manage large projects with exceptional project management skillsAbility to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, informationSkilled at interacting with employees at all levels within the organization
