Job Description:Job Tile: Tech Process Analyst – Banking & Software DeliveryLocation: Chennai, Tamil NaduContract: 1 YearRole Purpose We are looking for a Tech Process Analyst to support the organization in diagnosing and resolving challenges within the software development and implementation lifecycle. The role will partner with Processing Engineering to analyze pain points across technology delivery, strengthen process governance, and improve the speed and quality of system rollouts in a banking environment.Required Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.2–5 years’ experience in banking, technology delivery, or a similar regulated environment.Experience working with software development teams (Agile/Scrum, DevOps, or hybrid environments).Strong understanding of SDLC, system implementation processes, and IT governance frameworks.Proven experience in process mapping, optimisation, and root-cause analysis (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, etc.).Nice-to-HaveExposure to Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CRM, or platform configuration concepts).Experience in release management, QA/test coordination, or application support.Knowledge of banking regulatory requirements influence system design and delivery (e.g., data privacy, risk controls, audit requirements).
