Key Responsibilities: Workforce Planning & Talent Management: Develop and implement workforce strategies to meet organizational needs. Oversee the selection, assessment, and onboarding of employees. Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by implementing employee engagement programs. Address grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies. Payroll & Compliance: Manage salary processing, statutory deductions, and employee benefits. Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and industrial relations guidelines. Industrial Relations & Labor Management: Maintain strong relations with labor unions, workers, and factory management. Handle collective bargaining, wage negotiations, and labor disputes. Ensure compliance with labor laws, contract agreements, and government regulations. Liaise with labor authorities, legal consultants, and external regulatory bodies. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training programs for employee growth. Conduct performance appraisals and implement career development plans. HR Administration & Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring alignment with industry standards. Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
