If you can prove that your changes move the needle on traffic and conversions, a full-time leadership role is waiting for you.Your Mission Technical SEO & WordPress:Dive into the backend of our WordPress site. You’ll be responsible for optimizing metadata, improving site speed, fixing crawl errors, and implementing on-page SEO strategies that actually work. Data Correlation:You won’t just make changes; you’ll prove they work. You will use Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools to correlate your technical tweaks with actual spikes in visibility and traffic. Brand Communication:Create and curate compelling social media content (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) that positions RackAnStack as a thought leader in the industry. Conversion Optimization:Constantly test headlines, CTAs, and layouts to turn site visitors into business leads.Who You Are (The "Triple Threat") The Technician:You aren't afraid of WordPress plugins, HTML tags, or schema markup.
