The position is a full-time remote position. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join Fuse Capital’s growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the private debt space through cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, and leveraging their network, thereby contributing to the expansion of Fuse Capital's market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in Fuse Capital's growth strategy and make a significant impact in the financial services industry.About the company: Fuse Capital (is a premier financial services firm specialising in tailored debt advisory services for SMEs across the UK, EU, and APAC regions. Fuse Capital excels at matching clients with the ideal funding sources to meet their unique needs.Experience required: 2-5 years  CTC: 8-12 LPA Location: Remote Time- 1:00 pm- 10:00 pm (Monday - Friday)Type of employment- Full-time Responsibilities Assist BDRs in identifying and targeting potential clients in the private debt space through market research, networking, and data sourcingGood at market research and flexible to work across patches (geo)Support outbound prospecting efforts, including cold emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreachHelp build and maintain a strong top-of-the-funnel sales pipeline by qualifying leads and scheduling meetingsUse AI-powered tools to personalize outreach and optimize engagement strategiesStay updated on industry trends, company offerings, and competitor activity to enhance outreach qualityCoordinate with marketing and BDR teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on campaignsManage administrative and operational tasks related to CRM updates, data entry, and performance trackingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience 2-3 years in lead generation and business developmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationshipsExperience with LinkedIn and other lead generation tools, including outreach through email and social mediaProficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management toolsEnsuring the CRM admin is updated on a daily basis by adding new contacts and updating the deals as and when logged inWhy Fuse CapitalProfessional Development:Fuse Capital is committed to your growth.
