AI Workflow & Automation Specialist

About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive builder at the intersection of AI and automation, someone who identifies manual, repetitive workflows and instinctively seeks smarter, faster solutions. In this role, you'll be the automation champion across our agency, identifying and executing on process improvements with AI-enhanced tools.What You'll Be DoingAudit department workflows (e.g., performance marketing, seo, operations, marketing, client delivery) to identify areas ripe for automationDesign and develop automation workflows using tools like Zapier, , and n8nIntegrate AI tools and chatbots into functional workflows for content, reporting, lead nurturing, and morePrototype AI-first automation solutions and proof-of-concept demos.Monitor and optimise automation reliability, error handling, cost efficiency, and performance.Work cross-functionally with teams to facilitate adoption, provide documentation, and conduct internal training demonstrations.What We’re Looking ForProficiency in workflow automation tools like Zapier, , and n8nFamiliarity with AI integrations (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cladue) and chatbot platformsStrong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON data structures, and platform integrations.Ability to write custom logic using JavaScript or Python is a plus.Excellent problem-solving mindset and ability to simplify complexity into clear workflowsPerksDirect impact on agency-wide efficiency and innovationFreedom to experiment with AI and automation across multiple departmentsHands-on ownership of both ideation and executionInterested?Send your CV and portfolio of past automation projects or workflow builds to careers@ or DM me directly.
