What sets us apart is not just the product range - but our technical expertise, responsiveness, and long-term relationships with customers who trust us to deliver consistently.About the Role:As a Sales Engineer, you will manage the complete customer lifecycle — from understanding technical requirements and preparing solutions to securing orders and ensuring successful delivery.This is a customer-facing, technical sales role where you will work closely with plant engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.You will:Build and nurture strong customer relationships.Understand customer needs and recommend the right pump solutions.Generate new enquiries and explore business development opportunities.Convert enquiries into purchase orders in a timely and structured manner.Coordinate internally for quotations, order processing, and dispatch.Support customers on technical queries and after-sales follow-ups.Travel to customer sites/plants across assigned regions.Who are we looking for:Someone who is:Self-driven and takes full ownership of targets and customer accounts.Technically sound, ideally with experience in industrial pumps, rotating equipment, process equipment, or mechanical engineering solutions.Comfortable building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Confident in discussing technical specifications, performance curves, pump selection, and troubleshooting.Willing to travel to multiple cities for customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.Organized, professional, and proactive in closing enquiries into confirmed orders.Background & ExperienceDiploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field.2–7 years of experience in industrial / technical / B2B engineering sales (preferably pumps / valves / rotating machinery).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to manage a business vertical end-to-end.Why Join Us:Work directly with top industrial clients in India.Opportunity to learn and grow in a high-trust, high-responsibility environment.Be part of a company that values relationships, professionalism, and technical expertise.Competitive salary + performance-linked incentives.Long-term career growth based on contribution and ownership.If this role feels aligned with your strengths and ambitions, please apply with your CV or email at:
