***SAP Cloud ALM Support & Operations Consultant – 6 months Contract – Remote***RED now has a new contract opportunity for a SAP Cloud ALM Support & Operations Consultant to join one of our key partners for a large-scale SAP transformation programme. The initial contract will be for 6 months, with strong potential for extension across the broader project lifecycle.This contract is to start ASAP and will be fully remote.*** Contract type: B2B (freelance) ****** Time-zone: CET *** Specific skills/experience required:12+ years of experience working across SAP environments, with a strong focus on operations and supportProven experience with SAP Cloud ALM (Operations), particularly in monitoring, alerting and observability setupExtensive background in SAP Basis / AMS support environments and operational service deliveryStrong understanding of monitoring frameworks, KPI definition, alert thresholds, and dashboarding for system health and performanceHands-on experience working with SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, and ideally BTP)Familiarity with incident management, root cause analysis, and L2/L3 support processesExperience integrating monitoring alerts into ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)Exposure to SAP Solution Manager / Focused Run is beneficialGood knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices Strong communication skills in EnglishAble to join ASAPIf this role interests you, please send your CV to Lara on or apply here!
