You'll work directly with our business leaders to align people's strategies with growth goals, champion our culture, and drive meaningful impact through high-trust partnerships and data-backed decisions.What will you do?Partner with business leaders to understand goals and develop HR strategies that support business successCoach and support managers on employee relations, performance issues, and development opportunitiesLead workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning initiativesCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective hiring aligned with business needsChampion a strong organizational culture through employee engagement and change management initiativesEnsure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, mitigating risk and resolving issues proactivelyLeverage HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for continuous improvementFacilitate learning and development initiatives that align with business strategyAct as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, promoting fairness and transparencyWhat are we looking for?7+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environmentStrong understanding of HR best practices, employee relations, and organizational dynamicsProven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsExcellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skillsData-driven mindset with experience using HRIS and tools for insightsResilient and adaptable, with experience navigating change and ambiguity
