Factory Manager

Job Description The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end plant operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. The role involves managing manpower, optimising processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments. Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and candidate experience optimization. In-depth knowledge of labour law, employment contracts, workplace safety regulations, and industrial relations in agro-processing. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and organizational levels. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities with a focus on employee retention and engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools for reporting and performance monitoring. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
