Senior AEM Author Job Description We are seeking a seasoned AEM professional with over 5 years of experience to manage content creation, updates, and optimizations within our digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Manage AEM authoring tasks, including content creation, updates, and optimizations for efficient asset management. • Organize and maintain Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems for streamlined content distribution. • Ensure Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices are implemented in content structure and metadata for improved online visibility. • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on web pages, ensuring accurate, error-free, and aligned content with business requirements. • Create and maintain testing checklists for QA purposes and ensure consistent quality of web pages. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute content changes and support content management processes. • Regularly audit content for compliance with SEO guidelines and performance metrics. Mandatory Requirements: • 5+ years of experience as an AEM Author or similar role. • Expertise in AEM (6.4 or higher), including authoring, taxonomy, and DAM management. • Strong understanding of SEO principles and implementation within AEM. • Proven experience in QA of web pages, with the ability to create and maintain testing checklists. • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content management and web design purposes. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing web content and assets. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with AEM Cloud and content migration process.
