Role Overview The Integrated Producer role plays a pivotal part in shaping our creative and technical approach. As a key member of our team, you'll develop strategies, concepts, content, and campaign implementations with passion and ambition. You'll oversee the costing, pre-production, production, and post-production phases for both still and moving image shoot productions under the guidance of the Executive Producer. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely delivery, meeting agency and client requirements, and sourcing production partners to meet projects' highest standards. , Key Responsibilities Develop project plans, identify key milestones, and manage project risks. Oversee costing, pre-production, production, and post-production phases for shoot productions. Schedule projects and resources, creating timing plans and budgets within our systems. Review and approve creative output, ensuring project on-time and on-budget execution. , Requirements This role requires 3+ years of experience in managing shoot production and post-production in a Creative, Events, or Production Agency. You should have knowledge of print, digital, and film production, as well as the ability to manage a heavy workload under pressure by effectively prioritising and planning ahead. Key skills include driving efficiency and creative excellence, executing campaigns across multiple platforms, and having a good understanding of current trends and events in new media and technology.
