Job Description:

Provide high-quality technical assistance to clients globally, ensuring prompt resolution of their network and service-related issues. Conduct thorough preliminary assessments to identify the root cause of product or system problems. Utilize analytical skills to debug and track issues until they are resolved. Key responsibilities include addressing bugs, escalating issues to engineering teams for verification, and collaborating on code reviews. Additionally, successful candidates will possess in-depth knowledge of hardware components such as processing, networking, and storage. Engage with clients through live troubleshooting sessions via phone, email, or chat to provide level 1/2 support for a wide range of products. Lead incident management, navigating both reactive customer reports and proactive monitoring tool alerts. Maintain open communication with customers regarding ongoing incident resolution efforts. Required qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in DevOps support, preferably with expertise in shell scripting. 1 year of experience testing and maintaining software products. 1 year of experience in cloud computing, including Kubernetes, Docker, and YAML file handling. Essential skills and traits: Proven experience providing technical support to global clients. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
