Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking ahighly skilled Test Automation Engineerto join ourData & Analyticsteam. The ideal candidate will have strong experience intest automation focused on data validation and transformation logic , along with hands-on expertise insynthetic test data generation . This role will support the development of aGolden Model simulationin a CI/CD environment, working collaboratively with data engineers, QA analysts, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality data delivery. Key Responsibilities: Design and developautomated scripts in Pythonto build and simulate aGolden ModelwithinSQL Server . Create and validatesynthetic test datausing appropriate Python-based frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure adequatetest coverage . Integrate automated tests intoCI/CD pipelinesto support continuous delivery. Identify, track, and document data-relateddefects and inconsistencies . Contribute to the design ofreusable SQL-based test frameworksand strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong hands-on experience intest automation , with a focus ondata validation and transformation logic . Proficiency inPython , particularly in at least one of the following synthetic data generation frameworks: YData-Synthetic SDV (Synthetic Data Vault) Gretel-Synthetics SynthCity DoppelGANger Solid understanding ofrelational databasesanddata warehousing concepts . Experience inCI/CD environmentsand integrating test scripts into automated pipelines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Nice to Have: Experience withGE Plant Applications . Familiarity withMS SQL Server .
