This role is critical to strengthening our brand consistency, campaign effectiveness, and sales storytelling, while helping reduce dependency on external agencies. The ideal candidate will act as the central creative owner (SPOC), working closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Creative Execution Design and deliver creatives for: LinkedIn campaigns (carousels, static posts, ads) Awareness and thought leadership campaigns ABM and performance marketing initiatives Ensure creatives align with campaign objectives and target personas Optimize creatives for engagement and conversion 2. Event & Webinar Creatives Design assets for: Event announcements and leadership participation posts Webinar campaigns (announcement, speaker creatives, reminders, post-event insights) Booth creatives and loop videos 3. Sales Enablement & Collateral Design high-quality: One-pagers and two-pagers Case studies and solution briefs Sales decks and presentations Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visual formats 4. Brand Consistency & Governance Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone Maintain consistency across all marketing and sales assets Identify and correct inconsistencies in existing materials Act as the brand gatekeeper for all creative outputs 5. Creative Operations & Delivery Manage a high-volume creative pipeline (30–50 assets per month) Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with quick turnaround Build and maintain reusable templates to improve efficiency and consistency 6. Video & Motion (Preferred) Create loop videos, campaign videos, and basic motion graphics Support event and campaign engagement through video assets 7. Agency Collaboration Coordinate with external agencies when required Ensure all external deliverables meet internal brand and quality standards Required Skills & Experience 6-8 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Technology /marketing design/ agency experience Strong portfolio demonstrating: Campaign creatives Sales collateral (decks, one-pagers, case studies) Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma / Canva for rapid execution Core Competencies Strong understanding of: Performance marketing creatives (especially LinkedIn) Visual storytelling and information hierarchy Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments Balance creativity with business and conversion goals Preferred Qualifications Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) Exposure to webinar, event, and ABM-driven marketing environments What We’re Looking For A designer who thinks like a marketer, not just an executor Ability to take end-to-end ownership of creative output Strong alignment with business impact — design as a revenue enabler Ability to balance brand consistency with speed of execution Success Metrics Consistency of brand execution across all assets Improvement in campaign engagement and performance Quality and effectiveness of sales collateral Reduction in dependency on external agencies Stakeholder satisfaction across marketing and sales teams
