As a key member of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in achieving business objectives by leveraging your exceptional communication skills and sales expertise. Job Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive product demonstrations to interested NGOs. Respond to client inquiries, offer tailored solutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Follow up diligently with potential clients to close sales opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Assist in generating leads for future growth initiatives. Key Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in multiple languages is an added asset. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably with recent experience in a similar capacity. Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex concepts. Innovative thinking and creative problem-solving skills to provide bespoke solutions for clients. Additional Details: Work hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM IST. Department: Sales & Business Development.
