Our mission is simple yet powerful: build category-defining businesses and exceptional leadership talent.About the Program : -The CTM Foundation Graduate Program (CFPM) is a 3-year fast-track journey designed to groom high-potential graduates into future Category Leaders and Business Heads across Ananta and Guardian’s portfolio brands.Think of it as your runway to leadership:Year 1: Functional Immersion – Work in Performance Marketing, Data Analytics, D2C Ops, Marketplace Management, and Key Account Management.Year 2: Team Leadership – Lead teams, own metrics, and take charge of growth levers.Year 3: Business Leadership – Step into leadership roles like Growth Lead, D2C Lead, or Marketplace Head, accountable for scaling a brand vertical.High performers may be accelerated into our flagship CEO-in-the-Making (CTM) Program.What We’re Looking For : - We seek sharp, curious minds passionate about building brands, scaling businesses, and leveraging digital to drive impact.Recent graduates (2023–2024) from leading engineering and graduate colleges/universitiesDegrees in Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, Business, or Math/Stats.0–2 years of experience; preference for exposure to eCommerce/D2C/startups.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership potential.Why Join Us?
