Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in India for a Lead Generation Associate with 2-3 years of experience. The role involves generating leads for potential clients and business opportunities, conducting market research to identify target customers, and maintaining a database of leads. The Associate will also support sales strategies and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into active clients. Strong communication skills will be essential for interacting with potential prospects and stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in New Leads generation and Lead Generation processesStrong proficiency in Market Research to analyze industries, trends, and potential target customersExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholdersProficiency in Sales activities, including pitching, client onboarding, and follow-upsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectivelyStrong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of CRM tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
