DTC Media Specialist

Scale DTC Brands with Meta Ads We are looking for a skilled Media Buyer who can drive performance and creativity in scaling DTC brands. This role involves planning, launching, and scaling Meta ad campaigns across multiple brands to achieve strong returns on ad spend and brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and scale Meta ad campaigns for multiple DTC brands Develop creative direction for ad concepts, content shoots, and iterations Manage client communications, presenting strategy, results, and growth plans confidently Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights Create conversion rate optimization (CRO) reports to improve landing page and funnel performance Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to build high-performing ad campaigns Stay up-to-date with Meta trends, creative testing frameworks, and industry benchmarks Requirements include at least 3 years of proven experience running Facebook Ads for DTC brands. A strong ability to write and test ad copy that converts is also essential. The ideal candidate will have expertise in campaign tracking and automation tools, as well as a deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding models, and funnel optimization. They should be analytical and comfortable testing ideas, making data-driven decisions, and communicating effectively with leadership.
